You see some highlights of our opponents against other sides and they look awful but at times against us its like Barcelona have rolled up.I think a lot of that is due to the acres of space we give up as we all cram into the penalty area.

It's all tactics. We don't do final thirds. Lure them out into the open and strike from long range!

But, to quote Jim "in ma honest opinion" I felt we were very poor overall. They were there to be beaten, we just didn't show the quality needed often enough to take the 3 points. In the end we were lucky not to get beaten and this board would have been very different if we had been. But maybe missing Jeando and McNulty from the starting 11 hampered us.
Need a better performance on Saturday on the all weather pitch that's not all weather. Need to keep them well below us.

It's very frustrating to know we're unlikely to add in January but I suppose we need to be patient.
I agree how we view the point might be different depending on what we do against accies

I thought our attacking play was good at the start until their goal. Appere slotted in well

We need to improve set pieces - attacking and defending.

Weaker midfield and not getting control was a problem - we don’t have great ball playing midfielders available and we probably also lost out on physical side where ref not penalising their fouls with cards

The first goal was fantastic and showed what we're capable of. If we can get to the 18 yard line we can hurt teams but we only show it in flashes. Also I don't remember the last time we scored with a header from a corner (someone will put me right!) and we rarely score from the result of a corner.

We cant control midfield, just when Jeando looked as if he might change that he gets injured. If and when we're mathematically safe I'd like to see Mochrie in there, could well be an upgrade on Harkes for next season.

The thing that frustrates me so much is that almost every time players are treating the ball like a hot spud and playing a pass too quickly that has a low percentage level of success. We need to be more composed. I still see Wednesday as 2 points dropped not a point gained. Very lucky not to concede during the one minute applause on 83.

But, the objective is to stay up and build from there I suppose and so far it looks like we might achieve Base Camp 1.

Good point stokey when they get to the opposing box we do pretty well.

We must have the best goals per shots ratio in the division. Some matches we have had no shots on target.

It’s right we don’t pass the ball but maybe we just don’t have the players yet to do it

The Rangers did similar in the OF game at Ibrox,no shots on target but won 1-0.

Work with an Accies fan and he’s looking forward to playing us Saturday. Says he always used to expect a spanking but nowadays he’s expecting plenty room for Hamilton to have a pop!

Think teams now know they’ll get lots of the ball and so long as they press us then no need to worry about us as an attacking threat.

Horrible knowing that we hold no fear for Hamilton fans FFS!!!

I actually fancy us to win on Saturday

Haven't won away in league in a long time either but then we don't lose many, always been picking up valuable pts and home form has been good with only the narrow loss to Sevco in there

Hamilton manager in the papers today saying his bairns are showing the Accies spirit but he has never seen an injury list as big during his time there.
He added that at least 6 players out would be in the first 11 on Saturday if available.I hope Micky has read that article because i get so frustrated at the respect we show to teams at a disadvantage,i give you ST Mirren with no match fitness after a month idle dominating our draw in Paisley.
