    Hampshire all out for 178.

    Patterson-White takes a Michelle

Notts need exactly 250 to regain top spot

A tricky but not impossible target. It will be about mental toughness from the batsmen as much as anything else, and when that's the case we usually fall apart at the seams (no pun intended).

I reckon 250 will be too many for us.

The 5th Test being called off hasn't done us any favours

Got a mention for Notts County in on the online commentary courtesy of Dave Bracegirdle reading out Tweets

Only one down at tea with 200 odd to win is a decent position. Just hope we can continue as we've gone so far in the 2nd innings and avoid any collapses. Should be tense tomorrow!

Tomorrow's weather is a lot more batter friendly, need to start with 8 or 9 wickets in hand, ideally, though.

Notts in familiar collapse mode, it might all be over before tomorrow.

Both teams have collapsed though Elite. That suggests to me that the conditions are very much bowler friendly.
Notts missed chances in the first innings which allowed Hants to get ahead in the game.

Though our collapses are a lot worse.

We need massive changes in the coaching and recruitment departments.
Winning the title would massively paper over the cracks.
