Gogic free to find a new club apparently? We fancied him last season, worth a punt?
United want Tony Watt in January and prepared to offer players in a swap deal (according to the Daily Record)

As a lot of people have mentioned on this thread, I'm happy that we're signing Watt but I don't us to be paying over the odds for him. Who could we offer Motherwell that they would actually want and who we wouldn't miss?
Imagine we convinced them to take Nicky Clark?
This is a strange one isn’t it - who would we punt? Bearing in mind it’s somebody Motherwell would want to take. I can’t see us giving them the likes of Glass,Mochrie or Watson as surely that defeats the purpose of what our new ‘methodology’ is meant to be moving forward. We surely wouldn’t release Clark given how light we’ve been up front all season and with no imminent date yet for the return of either McNulty or Max. Were Watt to then get injured in his first game we’d be totally ****ed. It’s obviously not going to be the likes of Benji, Fuchs, or Kerr Smith as they’re the ones we’re hoping to get money for. And Reynolds - I think he’s more likely to retire than want to head back to the west coast. I highly doubt Motherwell would be interested either.
My money would be either on Chalmers or here’s a left field one - Niskannen. Hand on heart has he really consistently delivered what we were hoping for in his time to date?
Trevor Carson was mentioned somewhere.
I can't quite get my head round Watt coming to us. I mean, on his part, why? Surely we can't be offering him gazillions compared to M'well? I read somewhere he lives in Dundee??
And as an aside, M'well mums are complaining WATT 32 shirts were a big Xmas present.
No way should he be leaving. Let’s face it, he was going to be number one until Siegrist unexpectedly stayed beyond August (probably only because he got injured). The only way that Carson should be allowed to leave is if Siegrist signed on for an extension beforehand. Given that’s very unlikely, Carson has to stay - he’s our number one next season.
Why would Motherwell take a back up keeper as a replacement for their top scorer?
