No doubt in my mind Gray wanted to move to London. Fact is no club came in for him. Britt Assombalonga was our option should Gray have gone. There is no lack of ambition here. Basically a like for like signing, and we dragged it out in case Gray left. Gray could still go, but it's unlikely.
