Correct pacman. Because he is renting on common good land the council have to relocate him. Also under scots law when a tenent has been on the land for a long term lease they have the right to buy that land on a tapering scale as what happened with ben reids and RGU up at pinewood/hazledene. So there are many reasons he probably doesnt want to move.

I would reckon at least between 30 to 40 quid considering we have to pay around 25 quid just now for a stadium he describes as having inadequate facilities.

Shiny new stadium or not 30 to 40 quid is pretty steep to go watch us play Partick Thistle.

I dont think I've ever been in an "all-covered" stadium where you didn't get soaked if you were sitting down the front rows and it rained.

The stands will be quite shallow (yay!) On the very rare occasions it rains in sunny Westhill, you may well find you’re still getting soaked down the front.

Yeah I accept that depending on the wind direction, some areas can get wet, but even vertical rain hits half the seats in the South stand.
Surely an opportunity to reduce that impact.
