TS has quoted that he is looking for an ''established Championship manager,who has done it''! Well that takes Richardson out of the equation.It can only therefore be Rowett,Jones et al.

Nathan Jones is my choice if we're talking about managers who have done it in the Championship. Whether we could get him is another matter.

He's the manager who.set the ball rolling for Luton to get into the Premier League so.he wouldn't be a bad shout for us, always assuming he fancies the challenge of course.

Jones may be a ''small club'' manager rather than a ''one club manager'',no one knows yet. He bombed at Southampton and Stoke, 2 big clubs with high expectations and large fan bases. I certainly wouldn't be disappointed if he were appointed.

We've interviewed championship managers and they've asked what the wages budget is. They know what is required and upon hearing said number have gone thanks Tone but no thanks.

Taking time flattered blah blah is just lighting salesman talk. Say the right things for external audiences while giving internal audiences the real situation.

He was assistant manager to and then followed Ange Postacoglu at Melbourne Victory.
Muscat led Melbourne Victory to a League & Cup double in his first season.
He then took over from Ange P at Yokohama Marion’s when AP went to Celtic.
Muscat led them to the J League title in his first season.
He was also one of the dirtiest players ever- we could do with a bit of bite!!

He recently got down to the final two for the Rangers job but just missed out. He might have his sights on a bigger job than ours.
