i'm so angry i could throw the phone down !! ( i hope that is angry enough SP!)

I suppose this is the correct answer, maybe the brothers are looking to replace SM,hence why they have not added to the coaching staff as yet, researching the best possible replacements. Also it could be that SM is staying and the Brothers are researching the most appropriate candidate to assist SM next season - or Both situations and they will implement the one that is the best fit for us when the outcome of the play offs is decided. !?

Yes understand that but when you have 20 plus players knocking about the place for training, wanting meetings, media duties, analysis etc etc you need a bit of help, promoting a guy that use to be a data analyst and getting the gk coach to dab in seems a bit bonkers to me.

I know and lot of people don't value stats in football, but when the stats and performances are consistently as bad as this, im not sure what else there is to say.

Yes, yesterday's performance was a little better and we didn't deserve to lose, but if it wasn't for the countless inept performances, especially at home, over the last few months, we wouldn't even be in the play offs in the first place. I really hope, if we are to lose next weekend, the next post after the full time announcement is SM's departure.

We will be genuine relegation candidates next season if he's still in charge come August.

I have this unique idea, you may not accept this, but, let?s get behind the manager and the team next Saturday, you never know, we might win, I also realise this will upset a lot of the haters, the ones who are football geniuses.

This "let's get behind the team and manager" has to be the most utterly boring and annoying phrase used on here. I'm sure we'll all be behind the team and manager on Saturday FFS. We all want to win and get promoted, but some of us see Maynard as the big problem. That doesn't mean we want him to fail, just that we don't see him as the future. So to 'get behind' him do I have to lie? Do I have to say that we are going up? Do I have to say that Stuart Maynard is great? Will that make me a really good supporter like you?

Only a complete f@ckwit would see it like that.

ok, I'll put my hand up. I was neither behind the team or the manager last night. Took me all my strength to listen to Stall and even that I couldn't do for long. So the defeat was all my fault. Just that bit of extra backing might have just done enough to get us over the line. Sorry - I don't feel we are ready to go up, too much rebuilding required, and as I've posted elsewhere I suspect that is the feeling of the owners.

I feel sorry for Didzy who I'm sure would have wanted a better outcome, and wonder now if Macca and DC are regretting their decisions. They could have been looking at regular League One football next year.

It is May and we've not had a player on my Notts calendar involved in a win in the month they've appeared.

The rest of you will just have to get a bit more 'behind the team and manager' to prove me wrong.

Roberto will sort it out next season, I'll get behind him. Good name that: Gagliardi : brave or strong, or maybe brave AND strong.

I like that. Even better he could be powerful too

"The Italian surname Gagliardi is a patronymic or plural form of the Italian adjective "gagliardo," which means "strong" or "robust". It suggests someone who is bold, robust, and potentially powerful."

We are Notts County, we move on.

Taking of f@ckwits, have all the multiple user names voted yet?
