Very quiet at the moment for all local clubs only Barnsley done owt recently. They will come straight back up. Blunts say not expecting to sign any permos and we know pigwigs can't. Dunno about Donny. Shows we are in no different boat to anyone else. Noticed Kayden Jackson went To Ipswich on INITIAL fee of 1.6 m . There was no way we were ever gonna compete with them for his signature. Suppose we might see how good he is on Saturday.

So 5 and a half hours to go then its loans (hopefully). I suppose if we aint spent a penny on transfer fees we will have a bit more to spend to get decent loan signings. Here's hoping...

No sign of Towell signing for Pompey yet so maybe that still gives us a chance for a loan at least.

With Potter injured, we're TWO midfielders down on last season. Even if we manage to get Towell back, we've no idea how he'll do at this level. Difficult to understand how we've managed to end up in this situation, but it's looking fairly bleak.
