Bit of a nothing article, but it's a very strange paragraph.

That is what i was alluding to on the SAVE Hearts thread. The SPFL board need to go back to square one and finish the season,we cannot have two useless FN teams holding Scottish Football to ransom.

I honestly think this is the only way out of this mess,United,Celtic,The Rangers,Dundee,ICT,Ayr,Brora,Kelty, etc etc will all be happy to fulfill their fixtures so lets use every FN penny given by James Anderson and launch a crowd fund to get every single game outstanding played and then start the new season after a short break.

Apparently they want all promotions and relegation reversed so we don't get promoted and that I assume is what was meant by us being dragged back into it. Aye like ****

Surely too late for that now that prize money has been handed out and teams already promoted. Just going to lead to more clubs going to court I reckon

What a feckin joke squad Scottish football really is!

Say this does happen and all teams get back to training, how long will it take to get players back up to fitness? 3 or 4 weeks? Then what squad do we play with having already released(maybe end of this month?) a number of players?

In this respect, it could be one monumental feck up for Hearts if they get a ruling to finish the season, to then find they have lost a load of players because of all the uncertainty of their situation!

I dont think this is gonna be finished any time soon, and just proves radical change is needed in Scottish Football!

Hearts petition primarily seeks to reduce the unfair resolution on promotion and relegation. If that remedy is not granted by the Court, they seek, alternatively, awards of compensation relative to the significant financial loss which the unfair relegations will cause them.
