If he does become the manager Chelsea need a massive squad reorganisation. Too many lightweights in that team

Not enough forwards (goal scorers) in their first team squad……
Potter struggled with the unbalanced squad and so would anyone else.
They have got two of Englands best full backs and plenty of other good squad players but they’re generally over rated and over paid.
Needs a big shake up in their squad for next season whoever is in charge!

He was named on a Chelsea managers list, when he got the sack, Chelsea Fc probably saved
on compensation fee to get him now.

Been reported Graham Potter to get £13m compensation, around 2 years pay of what was a 5 year contract.

Chelsea Fc paid £22m compensation to Brighton & Hove Albion, when Potter & his backroom staff moved to
    Chelsea Fc.

Chelsea Fc paid £10m compensation to Thomas Tuchel, when they sacked him.

Graham Potter said to have earned £7m in his short stint at Chelsea Fc.

Chelsea Fc financial report for 2021-22 season showed losses of £121m

Todd Boehly who took over Chelsea Fc last summer, reported spent £550m not
    including compensation's he's paid out.

Doubt even NW could save Blackpool from the drop this season.

I think Silkstone Common is in the same time zone as Rotherham even if I'm not yet adjusted
