Thats my point if he cant get in this team that is screaming for pace and directness - either the manager doesnt want to risk playing trying to score goals, he isnt good enough or needs to bloody try harder as he should be on as a sub most weeks tbh - harkes, fuchs, pawlett and clark staring is baffling as is the right back situation. It's getting a wee bit crazy now... There are plenty underperformers in this team now (on a regular basis) yet, Tam keeps playing mostly the same players, some out of position. This is the perfect chance to try different things. If, keeping a steady ship and staying safe was the plan , fair dooz... but.. those days are now WELL over. Numerous changes required ASAP, or we are in deep sh*t. If they don't work, so be it. Better to go down fighting (nae pun intended) than just fade away yet again in to a relegation battle.
