Of course he has to say that in public. He can't go out there and say "the team is pish, I need to replace 4 of them and hope to by Monday", because if those deals fall through then he has totally ****ed up the dressing room.

When does the window close, tomorrow or Monday?

The way TC has spoken, i would not be surprised if there were to be another 1 on his way, and after his display today, i wonder if that will be Benji? Also wonder who Brenda was watching today?

After today, i am less concerned about a need for a central defender, but i think we need 2 midfielders to play beside Butcher unless the cure can be found for why Levitt has lost his form.

As said elsewhere, we've lost one first team regular and he's been pish since November, so we're not actually that far away with the team we currently have. A team that had they held on for another 60 seconds today, would've been in the top six. Of course, we'd all love to sign another couple of players who can make an immediate impact on the first team. Time will tell, but I'm sure we'll bring in at least one before the end of the window.

After seeing the 2 goals McGregor flogged up at Coonty today I'd guess Benji will be a Hun by Monday.

McGregor seems to have gone a bit off the boil all of a sudden but i thought the keeper they had in reserve was plenty good enough. I do though hope that Benji heads doon sooth as im sure he will come back and break our hearts!

McGregor's no the keeper he was a season or two ago. Today was a bombscare of a performance. They'll definitely be looking for a new no.1 in the summer.

Sportscene pundits talking Siegrist up big time tonight. Another outstanding performance by the big man today.

Yes, that Fuchs would've been a big loss. Had we lost him in the summer we'd have all been gutted. This Fuchs however, isn't a major loss other than the fact we've lost an option in midfield. None of us would've thought we'd be saying that about the wee man six months ago. 😕

I can see another transfer window Monday night where we all sit praying for some positive news while the lights are out and alarms on at Tannadice.

I hope not, and maybe one we should maybe go for is the lad Charles-Cooke from County!

I'd be very surprised if we spent the required amount to get him tbh. If we were planning a pre contract it would have been apparent by now, lad will end up back down south I think
