    So basically, we're going for a technicality. Seems like a bit of a risk if you ask me. I'm sure Hearts explained why they went to court instead of the SFA arbitrary. I can't remember what exactly their reason was however.

    not impressed that the judge questioned that it was maybe too late now for sfa arbitration - wtaf - showing sides early doors? Good response though about the months wait to take legal action. This aint a court or legal matter really but law is an ass at times.

    I think it was because they were challenging the ruling made by SFA and therefore they cld not arbitrate. Or something like that.

    I still get the feeling that forced reconstruction is going to be the quickest solution if it transpires that the judge feels they have a case.

    The judge is pointing out to Hearts' advocate that Hearts already contractually agreed to arbitration by joining the SFA, per article 99.1 of the articles of association.
