It won't stop our fans moaning when TS fails to get him though. Despite the fact that he currently doesn't want to manage RUFC (or anyFC) and possibly wants to enjoy a vacation with his family and time away from the game.

We bow down to the "well informed".

    What's this "money we have"?

Gossip is that Richardson is getting the job. Totally underwhelmed.

at least we will play football on the ground rather than in the air all the time. As long as it isn't Evans or Ainsworth. Don't waste money on compensation with another club, get someone that is available and keen to prove a point, nobody that has a TV media job either.

We've played football a few times this season with great effect. That was of course when Blacket and Humphrey were in the side. The only other time we did it was with Ayala i the side against Ipswich. We went back to type when he was replaced by Morrison.

I believe that we have players that can do it and compete but than needs the midfield not to be bypassed.

The article below was highlighted on twitX earlier by HensonsPR who occasionally posts on here.
    His find, not mine.

This shows his good side. I think the reader has to take a balanced view though and read between the lines. The article appears to give him credit for the good things that other people did before he took over and it doesn’t highlight his failings and why those happened.
Only managed a handful of games in the cship too, which included a disastrous run.

However, he has done well for parts of his career so perhaps he’s got something

I guess it's wrong to judge a manager before he is even appointed, let alone had a few months in the job, but the pending appointment of Leam Richardson has such an inevitable feeling about it. If/when he is,the first observation that I will make is with regards to TS's comments about ''wanting a proper Championship manager who has done it''. Then it's important to consider if he has been appointed after several other managers didn't want to know when approached. If MT was second choice, would LR be fifth choice!

IF it turns out to be Richardson, I truly hope TS won't have balanced this on the view it's all be cause he won a trophy......so did Alan Stubbs and look what that got him in pay back and results!

Paul Davis quoting for The Advertiser that both Rowett and Richardson BOTH meet TS's criteria of managers with ''Championship experience''. Of course that is true, but TS was also quoted as saying last week that he wanted a 'proper Championship manager who has done it',which makes Rowett and Richardson worlds apart.I sense a climb down!
