This clown Hunt (has any individual represented a combination of rhyming slang and nominate determinism more accurately?) will sort out austerity part 2 to ensure the markets are in decent nic while folk starve, then early part of next year, they'll try to find a vaguely popular leader and go to the country next summer.
Hard to think that in 2022 folk starving or freezing is acceptable, but markets take a dip and they take action and pump money into it.

Of course folk that can't afford to eat or heat only have themselves to blame and are all minkers looking for state handouts.

What a fu cked up country/world we live in.

Yep. Every time I hear of yet another such western ‘civilisation’ atrocity, I ask the co-owner, “This IS the third decade of the 21st century, isn’t it?”

The capitalist market will sort it all out though. Have faith.

They’re ALL fuucking at it. If there was an election tomorrow, I’d bide in the hoose.

I hope you’re not trying to deny the existence of minkers looking for state handouts.

No, just highlighting the narrative that a lot of folk on here probably buy into. If you took all the handouts we give the minkers away from them it would make very little difference to the public finances.

I wouldn't think there were that many on here who would buy into a narrative like that.
Even though, given the history of city living, minkers should get just as much as it takes to stop them breaking into your house.

Watching minkers with SKY TV and the latest mobile phones taking taxis everywhere is a tad annoying to people trying to make ends meet.

Minkers are among the worst type of capitalist, they'd rip you off as soon as look at you.

    Minker b@astards.

No offence min, but I would say you were one of the main ones on here who buy into the poor are to blame narrative.

Sky isn't really a thing nowadays, it's all about the streaming.

Having been unemployed in the past and having had to sign on, which I had no shame in doing, I have a respect for anyone who can play those b@astards for anything extra they can get.

Now the pension triple lock goes.

They're saying Truss has changed her mind but I very much doubt there's any mind left to change.

Maybe she's escaped and they have exchanged her for a dummy (Albert RN)

Come all of you workers who toil night and day
By hand and by brain to earn your pay
Who for centuries long past for no more than your bread
Have bled for your countries and counted your dead In the factories and mills, in the shipyards and mines
We've often been told to keep up with the times
For our skills are not needed, they've streamlined the job
And with sliderule and stopwatch our pride they have robbed But when the sky darkens and the prospect is war
Who's given a gun and then pushed to the fore
And expected to die for the land of our birth
When we've never owned one handful of earth? We're the first ones to starve the first ones to die
The first ones in line for that pie-in-the-sky
And always the last when the cream is shared out
For the worker is working when the fat cat's about All of these things the worker has done
From tilling the fields to carrying the gun
We've been yoked to the plough since time first began
And always expected to carry the can
