After finally doing some research I'm not sure Marijo Tot would be the best option. It seems since 2008 he's been at 10 clubs for 1 year only! He's never been a Manager/Assistant for more than 12 months anywhere and he's 48.

Plus he might get on well with Stewartie Milne.

I am not familiar with Tot. Is Totty a somehow distant relative of it, as in “Nice bit of Totty, bet she has a lovely fud”?
