    As I am sure you are aware, that location was ruled out for development by ACC planners due to the proximity of the surrounding buildings when the community stadium was first muted. Hence why ACC looked at Kings links for the community stadium.

    You wont find me disagreeing with the need for a new planning approach in Aberdeen. But that's not AFCs fault.

    Bloke with expensive house decides to build an extra room above his garage.

    The job is being priced and they discover that the OUTSIDE wall which will connect to the new part hasn't any bricks at all.
    They have put the harling directly onto the wood.
