You wont find me disagreeing with the need for a new planning approach in Aberdeen. But that's not AFCs fault.

Then we sit it out. What’s the rush to move? The managenent speak of ‘Not fit for purpose’, ‘Need to move forward’ & my personal favourite ‘become a top 100 club’ - none of it actually means anything.

If it gets a safety certificate, it’s for for purpose. We won’t have to play our european games in Dundee & I’d bet anything you like they’re exaggerating the maintenance costs.
