How about Shaun Maloney as a potential manager? Think he's from Aberdeen... played at a high level, has lots of good contacts, well respected, nearly actually joined us as a player, has coaching experience alongside top level managers and is working with the top ranked international team in the world.

Not sure he'd be interested, but if he's looking to get a first managerial job then he might be tempted.
