Tough quarter for United but it is doable

Best practice penalties as might need them

Lets be really honest troops our form against lower league sides this season even at home gives me the fear.We are also away on plastic which is another hurdle so i'm just gonna hope we can beat Forfar away.
I will worry about Livi or the SS if we make it through to play them.

We should also practice defending, especially headed clearances.

Errr let's just concentrate on Forfar away in a fortnight, no guarantee, especially with the set up just now with no replays, if these teams have a good day they don't get to get a replay back at Tannadice, they can try and get to pens on the day

Prefer the replay format but understand why it's like this just now

Very disappointing that Premier Sports now have both our cups as its a channel i refuse to subscribe to.I realise they are paying into Scottish Football but they are really only interested in OF coverage.
Nae chance of me paying extra money to watch either of them.I would not be surprised if they meet in the next round Premier will cover it rather than the BBC Scotland channel.

If we beat Forfar & Livi beat The Sheep we'll have had plenty of practice by the time we play Livi. It'll be our fourth game in a row on plastic. Hamilton, Forfar, Killie, Livi.

Decent chance our game will be on the BBC. They seem to like the underdog (at home) vs Premiership opposition ties.

This draw today though highlights the need to be ‘In It To Win It’. You never know how things may pan out and there you go, we are going to have one of the twa cheeks gone in the next round while we have an extremely winnable tie to get to the quarters. Yes, the strong probability is we are not going to win the cup, however meekly getting yourself knocked out of a tournament (like in the Betfred) precludes the possibility of the stars aligning for you later. St Johnstone managed to get out of our group and we saw what then happened next. That back in Oct was completely unacceptable and yesterday for the first half it was looking like exactly the same, but happily we’ve managed to turn it around. Let’s see where it takes us now.
