I believe people deserve an second chance, Frank, as long as it's made clear it can't happen again which I of told him.
The tracker will hopefully eliminate the issue as I'll allus know what he's up to so he'd be daft to try to do it angain. I've a feeling he's told me a few white lies recently but I of told him I'll be randomly picking his previous jobs to inspect so he better make sure they are up to stretch*.
