Hopefully the Ostrich RSC will get their heads out of the sand after reading that. It was a cheap statement, which showed his (lack of) class.

    What's in it for him?

He must be making money somewhere along the line surely?

I would've thought so. I don't know enough about the in's and out's but it's obvious that the board are milking the club something rotten and have been for some time, just from the statements and figures I've observed.

They've appointed a PR guy this week (presumably for the board and not the club) but we don't have a chief scout? That's unbelievable.

Aren't The Rangers in more urgent need of a manager who can assemble a team within their means to bring them up the leagues asap rather than someone else to divert money to be ****ed against the wall.

No, not at all. McCoist is definitely a secondary problem at the moment.

Fair enough. The ship needs to have the big hole below the waterline plugged. But once that's done and bailing-out underway I think it would be helpful if the guy steering it along the reef was removed

We won't need a manager if the club gets liquidated.

McCoist is absolutely hopeless and ridiculously overpaid for the job he's doing but that's not really the issue with the problems above him.
