You have a proven pedigree and should attract another good manager as your club has a lot going for it. It was inevitable that the guy would move and his departure is merely another career transaction. I agree with whats been said there is no loyalty in football. The future could be even better than you've had in the last couple of years which lets face it has been pretty good.

I don't blame him or hate him for going as like it or not, he has joined a bigger club and will raise his profile. I also don't think the club can preach about loyalty after the way Adkins was dumped, there is no loyalty in football but it's a two way street.
MP did a good job here, but Saints were just as good for him as he was for us. I won't be wishing him luck, good or bad. He didn't want to be here, he's gone, time to move on. Far more worried about the domino effect in terms of players following him out the door.
I'm glad it's done. Can't blame him for leaving and if he was going anywhere other than there I would wish him well.
Next.
Shame he's gone, now whoever wants to follow him should go now as well.
We need to know what team we have got left, BEFORE the world
Cup or were screwed next season.
I haven't bothered to read anything on the OS but i'm assuming they steered well clear of moralising a week after sacking Jason Dodd and Paul Williams.Originally Posted by saintwayne

NCFC here. Hughton, ffs would not wish that on Ipswich, if his is mentioned, protest outside the ground, mount road blocks, barb wire, what ever it takes, do not let that nice little man within miles of your club.
Cant help feeling a touch sad for you lot, excellent season, some cracking players, now it looks as if it could all come crashing down, makes you wonder if success is worth it, perhaps it would have been better to finish nearer the btm, then the rich bar****ds would let you alone.
Good luck for next season.
