I wonder what GLCT will be the first to pipe up that the Capital One cup is not a real cup, just a tin pot one that's not worth winning?

    My monies on bile.

That's the most goals we've shipped in a game this season, Toby's absence in defence is obvious. Fair play to. Stoke for giving us a game.

    Roll on the Blades.

Conveniently forgotten the Liverpool game - you know, the one you most wanted to win (apart from Spurs).

The one we most wanted to win was last night. The one we most want to win now is Sheffield United away. Winning the League Cup means more to us than finishing high up in the league. If we in it, or if we don't, the next most important games will be in the FA Cup. Winning the cups is the main focus this season. Also qualifying for Europe through our league position would be a nice bonus.

This is what it means to us: - view external link

Won't be me. If you win the Capital One it's fair enough. Obviously doesn't hold as much credibility as the FA Cup but it does at least feature all 92 League Clubs in it.

Although I'm amused by the fact that you've already got an inferiority complex about winning it...and you haven't even won it yet!!

Psychiatrists would have a field day with you lot.
