Really gutted after those three games, thought we would get 3 or 4 points an we get *** ALL, Zilch, zero and picked up some injuries for our trouble, now down to 5th in the league an below West Ham ffs as some Skate previously mentioned Burnley will not be an easy 3 pointer either, still after the match you can all come back to my house for a good old fashioned pi55 up i got a couple of tarts coming round so the entertainment should be good !

I think the point I was making was that these Arsenal and Man Utd teams are ravaged by injuries. Yes you've got a couple out, but hardly the same. You're a match for them at the moment, but not when they're at full strength. I'd say you got them at the right time but couldn't take advantage (mind you, you're not the only ones not beating Man Utd at the mo).[/quote]

Don't see what your point is apart from the impression gained that you feel the need to make one !?

The so-called big teams are "ravaged" by injuries, true, but they have bigger, better quality squads that enable them cope with these misfortunes that befall

I didn't like to say 0 points at the start of this thread (coz I know how Jack likes to take things literally), but I'd have been right.
Don't feel bad about it Mart I got it wrong as well. I said they'd get 1 point.

Love to hear who these FIVE most important and influential players are then. By my reckoning, of the ones out injured, I reckon only two (a couple) first choice 11 are out. I'll maybe allow you a half for Rodriguez, but that's debatable.

There's nobody with the luxury of selecting their "first choice 11".

If we're talking first team squad players, from back to front, we're missing Alderweireld, Ward-Prowse, Schneiderlin, Cork and Rodriguez.

Yep , that's five, internationals, important and influential.

They can be filed under "important" and/or "influential."

It would help if you actually read posts properly before making yourself look stupid, although I must admit it is a source of continuous amusement.

Oh my reading is fine thanks Jackie Boy. It didn't say "or" it said "and". You need to check out your use of commas if you think you can defend the sentence on that front. I'll file this under "West Brom"!!
