No that's wrong. You can sign two players on 600k a year no more, no fees. Then when you have 24 players you can only sign players on 75% of the wages of the out going player only upto 600k a year or 12k a week. Loan players count as registered players regardless of age or appearances. Getting rid of Collins and the Algerian wouldn't count towards your 24 players as they haven't played a game. Meaning they need to play 5 games before you can let them go on a one in one out policy and even then you can only sign a player on 75% of there wages

Very confusing but if you read it enough you will understand it.

The football league have said that the money we have just won (£250k) from sky bet can be used on top of the £600k for players wages if we bought someone in on loan or on a free.
As for Collins and abdoun I thought it was all players that are over 21 (regardless of games) but anyone under 21 who has played more than 5 games counts as established.anyone know?

BNo the football league said you can use it to sign a player long as you don't pay a fee. And no matter what you cant exceed 600k a year.

No only players over 21 who have started 5 games that count to your 24. So anyone who hasnt won't count. nor will they count if you offload them as your supposed to be cutting your wage bill not adding more first team players.

EDIT - re-reading it I'm not sure if it means games club starts. Not being just this season.

If it does mean that you have 28 or so players registered as "established"

Means if you get rid of Collins you can only sign a player on 75% of his wage, Which to be honest wont be the calibre of player you need.

The Algerian (if you find a buyer) - 75% of his wage unless that exceeds 600k which in his case it does so you can only pay upto 600k for the new players wages.
