That article may be an opinion but he has used a direct quote from the Premier League within it, or did you miss that bit? Just google "financial fair play" and then either "portsmouth", "pompey", etc if you want more evidence and you will find no shortage of articles on the subject. Are they all wrong? Nope, I didn't think so either.
