Thread: Need to use the legal system

re: Need to use the legal system

My thoughts are slightly different, Millwall were all but down last week, they looked a defeated team, now all of a sudden they have a dogs chance and will be giving everything that they've got to stay up, Rotherham have been kicked in the face and are bound to be smarting, but that said I still think that we will finish above Millwall by 3 points, we also have a better goal difference and if Millwall lose this Saturday that will give our lads a shot in the arm.
I'd love to know where the admin screw up was, but I think I'm right in saying that these things only seem to happen on a bank holiday weekend, makes me wonder if the real culprits are the FL. Not that they'd ever admit to that though, they'd just say you'd not had authority to play him. Wouldn't surprise me if Rotherham and Derby had submitted the forms on time but the FL staff had gone home early for the long weekend!

CTMiller- that's a very valid point and your exactly right if the boot were on the other foot I would call all elements of ambiguity into question. The FA have made a rod for their own back with the fact there is no definitive rule on this matter, handing out different punishments just adds to the chaos especially when the number of potential variables in a situation like this can be unquantifiable. One thing is for sure rules need to be updated. I even dreamt about this bloody debacle last night and let's just say it wasn't a pleasant dream when the FA handed out a fine, I do hope it's not a sign but equally if it does turn out yo be a fine then we as fans need to support the team and only hope that somehow we can win 3/4 games left, I won't be chucking in the towel until it's mathematically impossible to stay up. Here's hoping a decision is made sooner rather than later.
