I think Dholly might smash the 12k barrier at their home games if they keep close tae Selik until the end of the season.

Stewarty27: True that Celtic keep on giving us chances and true that we’ve repeatedly failed to take them. Would that make you (or anyone else) worry about our psychological make-up? I can’t say I’m completely confident (about us) on that front - a perpetual, nagging worry – but I’m always hopeful a corner’s been turned (only to be disappointed again). We’ll see.

It certainly wouldn’t be a surprise if the match against Celtic was held in Glasgow (part of me thinks this is fair, however, as we’ve already met them twice at Pittodrie this season), but I’ll panic about that when the time comes. If we’re going into that game and still have a chance of winning the league, though...that’s enough for me. I’d love for that match to mean something properly significant, wherever it may be held.

Happytim: Aye, the goal difference is immense. An extra point for Celtic in all but. I lose track of the games we’ve failed to deliver on the initial promise that we’re about

Another day of mighty achievement by the irrepressible people’s champions, Aberdeen. One point behind Celtic with eight games to go (I think, suddenly unsure?), we’ve done magnificently well in the league this season, whichever way you look at it (although blanking October from the memory will help in this regard).

We’ve Motherwell away next, whilst Celtic have Kilmarnock (also away). Definitely a tricky one for us; hopefully a tricky one for Celtic. I’ve a feeling Kilmarnock have done pretty well against Celtic this season (drawing home and away) - could be wrong – so the potential for (and precedent of) Celtic dropping points at least exists; it’s not an entirely forlorn hope.

Motherwell appear to be on the back of three straight wins, unfortunately.

No matter, Aberdeen’s last three games, following a disappointing end to February, have all been must-win games – a cliché, but no less true for it. Severe mental pressure, in other words; a no-place-to-hid
