We still need to sign another forward - can't play Ball up front on his own, and Yates and JCH rarely put the ball in our opponents net. They are likely to get their chance over the next few games though, so it's up to them to show their worth.

By the way Jock, the match stats STILL indicated that we were significantly better than Walsall - so if we were "mediocre" what does that make them?

Just got back after a few drinks to celebrate. We do seem to be playing as one,as a team.We are improving and I'm sure the the confidence is rising with that self belief.Rodak did well, one punch out late in the second half was spot on.I am beginning to like the lad and Ajayi had a good game .Midfield Frecks' class comes out and Towell had a better game than recent matches.Ryan Williams was an handful for their backs and Ball, although he tired late on, was a danger all afternoon.Moore came on for Yates for the second half for a very determined final performance. After the match he went over to a chap, he seemed to know, with his shirt, after kissing it.I'm sure we've been good for Keiffer, like he has been good for us.All the best KM for the rest of the season, wherever you go.It's up to us to move on and fingers crossed, PW has players in mind to bring in,These playoffs are there for the taking.

Yates not in the game and the longer the first half went on neither were Rotherham. The introduction of KM changed all that and we ran out deserved winners after a really battling performance second half led by KM.Ajayi my MOTM he is improving every game.

Regarding forwards, just remember that we have Proctor out for the season. He’s obviously still getting paid so that takes some of our budget, but he would have been fine to take over from Kieffer and Proctor, Ball, JCH and Yates doesn’t sound like a bad set of strikers. Just a shame we don’t really have that.

I think we might need another big man in - or get JCH to occupy centrebacks when we hoof the ball forward - as it’s hard to keep up oressure without someone to challenge for long balls very well. If it’s Yates and Ball we’d be better off trying to get the ball into their feet or to run onto.

Moore changed the game today but I actually think wasn’t a bad idea to have him onthe bench first, gave us a real boost at the start of the second half that Walsall probably weren’t expecting.

Are Yates and JCH 90-minute players though? Not much to show that they are at first team level so far. OK as subs, but they need to step up to the next level now... and, ideally, over the next few weeks!

Yates lovers have gone quiet. Could go this window for me, sooner keep JCH. I don't go to away games but home games when was the last time we looked like a progressive side. We can't play a pure 4-4-2, we haven't got a left winger to start with. Hope Blackburn are one of the better sides in this league, we've been flattered by poor opposition since the Wigan game. Like to see Rodak tested at corners ect... see if I'm right we need a proper keeper. I'm happy we're up there don't get me wrong but don't want to go up till we enough players good enough to go up with. Though championship looks poor this season, that could be a one off.

Don't want to see JCH in a Millers shirt again, had plenty of chances and shown he's not up to it.

Agree 100%. I don't understand why some people rate him. Stealing a wage in my opinion.
