Doesn't get away from Mcinnes being partly to blame though.

Of course he is,if only he had signed some overseas players we would be in a far better position than we are now.A few Scottish cups and beating the cheeks on a regular basis at the very least.

It’s where I’d shop if I was looking to sign players to qualify for the group stages of the Europa the old 4th division in England.

Same old nonsense we did in the late 80s with such household names as

    Gary Hackett

    Keith Edwards

    and hotshot Tom Jones

somebody else said it on Saturday plenty decent players in Scandinavia and the Balkan countries we could exploit.

But we never do same old mince

Anyone would think there’s no such thing as a cheap air ticket to Europe

I'd point you in the direction of Hearts and the turnover of players they have had from Europe

Please try to consider the merits of a post and reply accordingly.
Hearts tried the European approach and have had a huge turnover in players (more than Aberdeen) whilst being less successful.
They cried out to be like Aberdeen and compete for proven British players.
They've complained that they did not go for GMS and May at the start of the season.
Now they've signed McLouchlin, Berra, Hughes, Souttar, Lafferty, Naismith as their mainstays and despite beating us on their tight pitch, are still 6th in the League, papped out of the League cup by minnows and were knocked out of the Scottish cup at the last 16.
