I'm not being arrogant or dismissive Alf. If Rovers where missing that many players, where that many points behind, and had to win at leat 4 of their remaining games, I'd be realistic. No matter what positive spin I'd try out on it. They may well win tomorrow, just it's a big ask to keep winning. Which is why they've been faultering.
Wigan (who still have to go to Bristol) will also drop more points. They will make light work of Oxford. Like we did away, like we will do at home final day. It's when they have a tough game they can't seem to break decent sides down, easily. If we carry on like we have the past few games we may drop a few aswel. But that's just about who wins the title.
The struggle for Shrews, is they have to keep bettering our results. And we're miles ahead on GD.

Yep,I think you will go on to win the title now at Wigans expense..Shrews will miss out altogether and hopefully my second team Pompey will come good..

Saxo, I read the next post down, and fair enough. You did say that. Just you had several pops at me last week, and called me a coward. So I'm forgiven for assuming that was aimed at me.
Just wanted to clear that up, not having a go.
Equally, I'm not having a go when I say this. I work damned hard, get paid very little. I pay all my bills, and owe nothing out. But every month is a struggle. I go without, and make sacrifices (that only affect me, nobody else) so that I can follow my team about. I not a happy clappy sort. But I do have my reasons to feel the need to support my club.
If you went on say Shrewsburys forum and saw loads of fans saying loads of bitter, crappy comments because they hate us. What would you say? Don't forget, I've known you for years. You defend your club. When you start to antagonise your own teams fans (because we've drawn a game) then that's why you get that side of me. I'll defend my club. Like you would do, if you saw someone running it down.
You don't deal well with pressure. Your cacking it. But ...IMO .....instead of just saying it, you've picked fights.

Why not just say 'Champs you overly positive fan, I'm struggling .....'
And we could be just had a char, laughed it off. Instead you go on the attack, and can't understand why folk bite back.
We may not all see it the same, but we all feel it the same.

If we'd held on on Sat it would likely have gone to us. But now it could go either way. More important than that, is getting. We need to back to winning ways on Thurs.
I like Pompey too, great fans. I hope they make the play offs.

Just because you choose to go in meltdown doesn't give you a freebie to start winding me up.
I'm pissed off too. I do get you, I just don't agree.
Its like your taking it out on me? Its not my fault.
But because I insist on being loyal, and care a great deal about my club, you spent last week calling me a coward. Then saying I led all the posters on here? No they don't, they probably disagree with 99.99999% of the stuff I post.

Your a Rovers fan like me, I just suggest another tactic for the remaining games.

Wigan play Oxford tonight, expect 3 points. Don't go into meltdown when it inevitably happens.
Not sure on Shrewsbury? If they don't drop points tonight, they WILL over the next few games. Just try look at the bigger picture. And talk it through if you get wound up.
