I love it Rod, I’ve been a fisherman as long as I’ve been a Blade, but as I’ve got older I like to feel the sun on mi back to really enjoy it. Gone are the days where I’d wrap up warm and break the ice mate but all credit to those who do. UTB

It's summat i've never done(Splodgin)probably cos mi dad never did it.I followed mi dad by watchin Cricket and then playin Bowls,alluss wazzed mi dad off cos i was so much better at Bowls than he was. I was known as the TC of the bowling Green cos when i won i'd blow kisses TC style which also did mi dads crust in. UTCB

Haha, when I catch a big un I give it a kiss so not a lot of difference.

My Dad was a fisherman though never as keen as me, but he’d take me to places like Shireoaks, the canal at Linderick and Aston Ponds on the bus and was happy to just sit and watch me fish for hours on end when I was a kid. Probably glad to get out of the house, the rest of the family were all lasses. UTB
