Cordon is an overrated luvvie who even got an invitation to the royal wedding somehow. Cannot stand the attention seeking moron!

I never got beyond the first 5 minutes of 'Fleabag' Chalky, as that also bored me!.
But I did like 'Uncle', where the actor Nick Helms just got to play his slobby self in the lead role.
And did anybody see the black comedy murder/drama 'Stag', a few years ago ?. It was only 4 or 5 episodes long and it seemed to go under the radar as it was shown on Beeb 2 on a Satdy night.
I enjoyed how different Fleabag was and I never saw the twist in the tail at the end,it had a sad ending
Gold seems to paying homage to The Young Ones this month, apart from the university challenge episode it didn't seem funny at all to me
The Young ones was absolute top notch comedy to me/us at the time in '82 Chalks (as I was 11 then), it was something we hadn't seen before. BUT, I agree that it looks awful these days, its an era and a style of comedy that hasn't aged well at all has it!.
Remember Not the nine o'clock news, that was funny and controversial as well at the time because it meant a shift away from Morecambe & Wise, & The Two Ronnies etc, who all seemed very old hat by that time.
Bottom was class. Ade And Rick utter class in my book![]()
