Aye. Who needs facts when blind prejudice is available?

You may be waiting a long time Mr C but I'm quite happy to be patient
In passing by way of example it's worth considering when we watch a match we will have different views on what we perceive happened on the pitch
What actually happens is fact but what we interpret is opinion
Opinions are the lifeblood of forums

The club told you he was sold to secure future sustainability and short term investment in a press release following the sale .

Perhaps you were busy studying The Lisbon Treaty and possibly missed it .

We will have some idea of where things are going by the end of the month.
Forming a group to put forward a supporters point of view is a great idea and should be welcomed by fans and The Board alike (although I don’t suppose it will be).
I've done a bit of research over the last couple of days regarding the formation of an Independent Supporters Group .

I've looked at clubs who have had major issues with owners , Blackpool , Portsmouth and a few more .

Firstly you need a good website as your starting point , as professional looking as you can get .

Who pays for that to be built and the hosting charges ?

Secondly you need a figure head to add credibility , not necessarily involved but his name as a link , an ex player perhaps , Redders , Hignett , you get the picture .

It's also a good idea to have a charity linked to the group , this adds credibility and projects a not for profit narrative other than any funds collected minus costs , a local foodbank would probably be as good a fit as any .

Mostly importantly you need a mandate from supporters and they have to be onboard in very significant numbers .

That's not the case right now and things would have to deteriorate far more than we've seen to have any meat on the bones .

A hundred fans walking out of the ground over the sale of Brad Potts will simply make you a laughing stock over social media platforms and kill your credibility stone dead before you even start .

Let's see how it goes this season , park it and look again at the end of the season would be my take on the idea .
