You tried to 'educate' us with 'facts' on the Dom Ball thread and if you remember, we checked them and none of them were correct.

Different "enthusiast" who thought the club should have been built round Bailey-King. Don't think he's made it across from the wreckage of B*nter yet 😉

Do your own research beyond club propaganda and infantile hatred of mob rule. There's a "football" story in that subject if you care to look for it. Don't tempt me to educate you with the facts lol. I would be wasting my time according to my assessment of your post - but out of respect to the board and time limitations I'll refrain.

Have a very nice day !
Don't need club propaganda LBJ, I witnessed it for myself it was a terrible time for me as a fan and for the club as well. In 50 odd years of watching the millers that was the my most soul destroying time as a millers supporter. That season it was a case ot turning up at NYS and wondering how many we were gonna lose by that day. We were basically relegated after the first few games. I wouldn't have minded if Stubbsy had changed tact but he didn't and obstinately wouldn't. We were lumbering on to disaster and no fecker was doing owt about it. The game at Barnsley when we lost 4-0 and Stubbs and the players got heckled summed his tenure up for me. We went down last year but at least millers fans had regained a bit of pride and optimism under Warne.

Go and post on St Mirren mad and see what they thought about him.

If that's your understanding then that's fine by me. Be happy.

"You tried to 'educate' us with 'facts' on the Dom Ball thread and if you remember, we checked them and none of them were correct."

Working from memory (as I said I was) I missed one game out and the rest of the information was ok. So you are wrong!

But look a Ball now - championship player when we really needed someone exactly like him to stay in the championship.

Another Rotherham United blog reported Balls QPR signing and they ended their report by saying "Makes you think doesn't it"

And it does. Well some of us.

We have seen what Stubbsy has achieved since leaving the Millers (burger all), now let's see what Dominic Ball does at QPR. If he has a brilliant season you will have proved just about everybody wrong. Only time will tell... but I think that the chances of that are slim

Well as he's said at QPR he left to get games under his belt so at his still young age he"s ready to "kick on" with his career.

Your memory isn't the best then is it? All your 'facts' were wrong. For instance, you said on that thread that we sent back Dael Fry (which we didn't) and you said Dom Ball won the Scottish Premiership (which he didn't) and that's just the first two things I can remember. If you're going to insist on being odiously arrogant while you try to educate us all who clearly know nothing about football, you should at least get your facts right.

Oh dear Masbrough...was Dale "withdrawn" - he left like Issy did - call it want you want - he left....and Ball was an off the cuff statement that I corrected - he helped Rangers get back to the Premiership.....the point being he was in a successful team.

Syntax Masbrough. Being panickerty doesn't modify the point of the communication.

Like that old WW2 airman said - you only get flack when you're near the target. So you angst is reassurance that my point was understood. I can't help that you don't like it. My advice - it's a football message board and people of all kinds just sound off. Don't take it personally or get upset. It's not Hansard. lol

    Just for you.....

"Dael Fry has been recalled from his loan spell by parent club Middlesbrough"

Just as Izzy was - at that time no one could "develop" the big boys diamonds once AS left. So they were withdrawn.

The Newcastle lad is a good sign - this league will toughen him up and I'm sure that's what Newcastle want. Like Rodak facing a lot of shots.....with our defence there's been no better place for a trainee goalie. 😊
