    Not at all. I think they work well together as they are.

    But that's my point pal. Maybe they are too alike and neither knows how to sub at the right time and change a game or to get the starting formation right in the first place. Then again Warne wouldn't take any suggestions from a number two who may threaten his position.

    The way I believe it works is that RB behaves more like the players mate and does the tactics and training. while Warney man manages them and selects the team.

    I think Rayner was more of a bodyguard to Evans than a number 2.

    Nathan Jones has bit the bullet at Stoke. Can't really blame him for going there but in hindsight should have stayed at Luton where he'd built something and had a secure job, I'd imagine, even if they struggled in the Championship.
