Labour voters IMHO are not buying into Johnson's "brave new world", they just wanted the Labour Party to respect the result of the Brexit referendum. I said on here last week Corbyn could not risk the wrath of almost 6 million Labour leavers, he did and it's all over for him now.
Certainly the case, to a certain extent, in Blyth Valley. Ronnie Campbell had been the MP for the last 37 years but had decided to stand down because he is 76 years old. He had been a big backer of Corbyn, however, he disagreed with the Labour MPs voting against Boris's Brexit deal and said so. After the election he was interviewed on local TV and said that Labour should learn that they should respect the results of a referendum because voters are not imbeciles, as had been proved in Blyth Valley. His speech was not rocket science, rather it was just an honest appraisal of exactly why a massive Labour majority had been overturned.

For me BT it’s staring the whole of Labour right in their faces.

They didn’t get the votes because the leader was weak and associates himself with terrorist groups and is a sympathiser to terrorism and the people who do it.

To top all that he’s anti Semitic and it’s rife in his party.

You outright poo pooed it when I said it on here , but the man got what he deserved Imo the further he is away from power the better this country will be.

Let’s just say it’s not a Labour Party thing for me , I just couldn’t get past him and as it goes neither could millions of others, they can blame Brexit as much as they like for me it won’t change the result.

History will prove Jeremy Corbyn is neither anti-Semitic, nor is he a terrorist sympathiser. He sees wrong and he tries to right it, the trouble is he takes on the kind of people who have a vested interest in sustaining neo-liberalism.

The Establishment won. Jeremy lost. We will get over it.

The Establishment didn't win BT, they threw everything at it, including Supreme Court judges, in an attempt to overturn the democratic decision of the people of the UK to leave the EU. And the Establishment lost.

    "We will get over it"

What's this 'we' ? I thought you'd resigned from the Labour Party, you been putting us away mon ami ?

History has already proved the opposite Bt many many times he’s as open and bare faced about supporting terrorist , fighting for their release and his blatant refusal to condemn tells me all I need to know.

Anyway as I said from day 1 I believe he is and you don’t , turns out many more have the same opinion as me, whilst you maintain Brexit sunk labour in the election I’ll rest safe in the knowledge that he’s moving on to practice his politics away from the front line.

    Good riddance I say.

Shin Bet nabs 50-strong Palestinian terror cell, including killers of Israeli teen
Security service says multiple weapons, bomb-making equipment and ammunition seized as Israel targets PFLP team in Ramallah area that it says was part of extensive terrorist infrastructure
Israel has in recent weeks rounded up 50 Palestinian terror suspects, including those believed to have murdered 17-year-old Rina Shnerb in an attack at a West Bank tourist spot in August, the Shin Bet security service announced Wednesday.
The detained men belong to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and plotted to carry out "major terrorist attacks," the Shin Bet said, following the joint operation with the Israel Defense Forces and Israel Police.

The cell operated in close coordination, succeeding in carrying out the attack that killed Shnerb with a level of sophistication almost unheard of since the end of the Second Intifada some than a decade ago.
The attack included planting a bomb near the spring, detonating it from afar and then fleeing the scene while evading security cameras.
The charge was quite small, but its location made it extremely lethal.
According to the security service, the interrogatees provided credible information that led to the discovery and confiscation of "several deadly weapons belonging to the PFLP." These included M16 and AK-47 semi-automatic rifles, Galil assault rifles, Carbine rifles, Uzi submachine guns, pistols, silencers, ingredients to make bombs, assorted ammunition and communications devices.

Very peaceful they are very peaceful! These are Corbyn's ...........

......nor is he a terrorist sympathiser. But his friends are .....and if this raid on Palestinians is not terror? They want to bomb all sorts of places, markets ,coffee houses ,weddings just aimless terror.

By the way did you know :
Report: Mossad intel foiled 50 terrorist attacks in 20 countries.Information provided by the Mossad, Israel's foreign intelligence organization, and the IDF's Military Intelligence Directorate have helped foil at least 50 terror attacks planned by the Islamic State group and Iran in 20 countries across the globe over the past three years, Channel 12 reports. At least 12 of the aforementioned terrorist plots targeted Turkey.

Netanyahu said at a cyber-security conference that Israel had, for example, helped foil an IS attack on an Etihad Airways flight from Sydney to Abu Dhabi, and alerted Australian officials, helping thwart an explosion in the air. Etihad is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates. “That plane from Sydney to Abu Dhabi was going to be exploded in midair,” he said. “We found out through our cyber activities, we found out that ISIS was going to do this and so we alerted the Australian police and they stopped this, before it happened.”

“This particular incident, I can talk about,” Netanyahu said. “If you multiply that 50 times, that will give you an idea of the contribution that Israel has made to prevent major terrorist operations, especially from ISIS [Islamic State], in dozens of countries and most of those cases were foiled because of our activities in cybersecurity.”

Earlier in June, a senior Israeli official told the Kan public broadcaster that the Mossad was responsible for providing British authorities with information that helped foil the Iran-backed Hezbollah terror group’s efforts to stockpile explosives in London in 2015.

When a party refuses to listen to its members the result is inevitable sinkov. I will always be a socialist hence the "we", but I just cannot be part of a political party that refuses to honour its promises.

We have had effectively two Brexit Referendums, the first proper one and this last General Election which was really all about Brexit. The results are resounding "No's" to remaining in the EU.

How Corbyn could not see this goes way beyond my intelligence. The Remainers are dead and buried, let's just knuckle down, get it done and move forward?
