Does the FA Trophy count when it comes to the legendary manager of the month award curse?

I hope so to get it out the way.

I hope not. Not overly excited about the FA Trophy but I went to Chesterfield, me and my lad have our tickets for tommorow so I'm expecting to Notts give it their all.

I want us to win the game to maintain the run we are on and continue the momentum. It’s not a win the game at all costs and I would advocate resting key personnel. The run we are on includes many of the squad players being involved, both this trophy and in the League. I hope the apathy shown on here isn’t reflected in the performance tomorrow. I would hate for us to toss it off and have our League form derailed. It would be good for confidence and the squad players would be getting proper football to keep them sharp.

I want us to win this game because I have never wanted Notts not to win a game.

Me too, and along with you and your lad I can guarantee the crowd will be 3 at least. Unlike a few others, I can't see any positives in losing the game, and hopefully our weakened team will be better than their weakened team. This is where we are, so let's have a go.

At least a few of us feel this way. Regardless of what people think, this is still a competitive game that needs winning.

I think it's a great game for Notts, minimal pressure , give the fringe players a competitive game, give the injured players close to returning a few more days rest.

Shame Bird is suspended for this, would of been a perfect game for the lad.

Well tough titties, Dagenham, our captain decided that the tie WOULD be settled on the day after all
