I wasn’t expecting that before KO and same at half time but we came out 2nd half and boom Vassell was there to start the ball rolling.
Very happy to see Ogbene score he deserves it and Motm from sponsors, also gets mine.

How mardy were some of their players though

Still number 1 on goal difference

Forgot to add Adelakun had a better game, hopefully more game time he gets the better

My expert assessment of the Millers at Oxford was 9.5 out of 10, and Crooks ran the game. Suck on that gru

We are capable of destroying any team in this league when we turn it on. First half too many misplaced passes and poor ball control. we had plenty of possession but didn't threaten enough. I said at half time we need to up it by 10% and we did early doors second half and got the goals that mattered.

We got the ball to Ogbene second half and attacking the north stand end he began to run riot, Not only is he tricky and fast but puts in some lovely crosses inviting our players to get on the end of them. Warney needs to keep telling our players to get forward when he has the ball because there is a very good chance a good cross will be coming in.

It was interesting again I had a millers fan from down south with me today who doesnt see many millers games who picked out Ogbene as a star man. This seems to be the pattern of neutrals I bring to NYS as well. He is bloody good and is the best winger since Towner I have seen at Rotherham. My only fear is one we will sell him this transfer window or two he will get man marked but i cant see many defenders man marking him in this division. If we had somebody similar on the left wing we could be looking forward to a championship place now.

Vass is on fire at the moment a well taken header and Smithy seems to be getting on the score sheet more often as well with well placed headers. If we can keep s good level of consistency going there is no reason why we cant go up in the autos.

Fascinating stuff at the top of league one it really is , definitely far more interesting than the championship other than Leeds doing their annual bottling job .

Wycombe with a comeback late win , Ipswich and Sunderland winning away although you'd expect them to do just that , Coventry also in the hunt .

Sunderland have bought in to some kind of underdog gig and the results have improved , pressure and expectation doesn't sit well at the SOL , they generally implode when the pressure dial gets turned up .

Ipswich hmm I don't know , just doing enough to keep themselves in automatic contention .

Wycombe I don't buy at all , top six possibly , automatic , nar not for me .

Coventry I don't know either when games against the teams around them are played , not convinced but definitely top six .

Portsmouth could be the danger in the rear view mirror , poor start to the season but seemingly getting stronger as the season progresses , the exact opposite of last season when they led us by 14 points at Christmas .

If Cavare joins McGeehan from ourselves at Fratton Park they have a bit of know how and how to get the job done , both are significantly good league one players .

Rotherham have hit the top and on a seriously good run , some tests to come mind but momentum is a big factor in football .

I believe Sunderland , Ipswich and Pompey have to come to the NYS , that could be where it's clinched in my opinion .

1st half I thought we were abit slow going forward and the crosses were floated rather than whipped in so it was bread & butter for Brizzle.
2nd half we went at'em from 1st minuite...upped the pace 25% and kept it at that pace..
We really do look dangerous on attack..roll on last match.

It's Amazing what happens when we move then ball a lot quicker.
First half they got behind the ball very effectively and as we were too pedestrian in our build up they looked well organised. Deja vu
Second half we upped the tempo and they couldn't live with us at all.
Funny conincidence that isn't it but it was also a very very impressive second half.

I also liked the way we turned over possession in the second half and Oggy was one of them who did it the best winning back the ball time after time. It was so good that apart from a five minute spell around 70 mins Bristol actually gave up trying to get anything from the game at 0-2 down and rather than get caught in possession they were happy just to get rid so we didn't attack them again.

Liked the look of Monsieur Lamy. We,re blessed with quality going forward
    Fabulous entertainment and fabulous performance.

All good down New York Way

MOMs:Special also mentions to Olasunde whom seems to be defending better of late, Wiles who didn't put a foot wrong as left back tho I still feel he needs a proper test. But credit so far wilesy lad in a testing role...

Also decent cameo role from Mr gwrus lamy. If we can get him playing like the lad on the right wing....

Did anyone by the way enjoy the big tree bicycle kick and the subsequent grin and handshake between tree and vass.
