The team I showed is an example of how it could look if we were to follow the model used by Chelsea and City to highlight the quality of player that we may be looking at.
No mate, not necessarily...some others have said they would only keep 3 current players for instance...

I appreciate what you were saying...we will more than likely be looking at the tier just below the top stars and players with potential to reach that level...

Manquillo is our best RB though!😜😂

What we need is that lad who used to post on her (ben10?) I don’t think he’s the same poster who started this thread ????
He got banned for driving everyone insane with lists of players who we should be buying

    He would sort us out

It's already been said but the priority should be the appointment of a top manager or DoF and then let him manage without interference. He can identify his own targets and prioritise where we need to strengthen. For me this is the most important decision any new owner can make.
I am happy to see who ever we buy player wise as long as it is part of a plan by a good football manager.
However we need some goals so I wouldn't mind a marquee centre forward signing

    Ah, surely not.
It'd be like commissioning a family portrait then employing a five year old to do it. This is what we'd get:

No worries, I think I needed to provide more context anyway!

I chose Yedlin because I think he’ll be the type of player that could raise his game with better players around him and in a more attack minded team his stamina and pace would be an asset but agree that in our defensive countering side, Manquillo is best fit. For the record, I count ASM, Almiron, Lascelles and the Longstaffs all as players who’d step up with better players around them. Dubravka doesn’t have to step up as he’s already operating at a higher level than where we are currently.

Get Allegri in first then the likes of Vidal Coutinho Pjanic Ramsey Milinkovic-savic and Aubamayang to follow all players well within our range

But hey, depends on what style/system the manager wants to play.
I know thread has moved on a bit but I never realised Grealish is first player to lose 20 premier league games in a row

    Seriously

Aye, the right manager really opens up the players who might come as well.

    Yep...manager first.

The sooner that absolute dunderhead we've currently got is given his cards, the better.
