So the WHO are calling for global leadership on the pandemic and I don't think they mean Roger Daltry.

Is there any World leader past (but still alive) or present that you would trust in such a position? I'd rule out The Donald and The Boris just because of the way they have acted, I'd rule out Putin because I don't like him and I'd rule out the Chinese leader because I haven't got a clue who he/she is. I guess I'd go for either the New Zealand PM or the Canadian PM (as long as people could get past the fact he once wore 'black face' for Halloween).
