Ive told you silly Boris & co, it will take a hell of a lot more to stop me posting on here. And if you dont like it, then its tuff and I will do it a lot more, so we're all laffing here arent we.
Hey why doesnt one of you start another ridiculous 'lets ban Acido' thread on here ?. Which somebody started on here a few months ago, and Im pleased to say that one of the mods deleted it almost immediately because it was pathetic.![]()
But you can't be banned! From any of the FootyMad sites. I don't know if you can ban someone on another site I haven't tried that yet but I'd imagine that it wouldn't be welcomed. Another thing that isn't realised, is that moderators can see what edits have been made and look at deleted posts.
If there weren't opposition fans what's the point? Getting a different perspective on things opens the minds. Being able to abuse fans with more fingers than you is the best
Any club that doesn't own it's own ground nowadays is under more pressure than other clubs to balance the books.
RUFC pays RUFC Holdings for the use of the stadium. As far as we can tell the it's £2m per year to cover the mortgage. All well and good as long as we get the support but if we don't then that bill still needs to be met. If at the end of the mortgage RUFC Holdings lrents the ground to us and we don't have the income to pay than we'll be not happy bunnies.
Is this what's happening to Barnsley? Is the council charging the club for the ground and stopping them wanting to developing it knowing that it can't ever be theirs? Is NYS not on council land with a 100 year lease that can change in 90 or so years?
There are a lot of unanswered questions at Barnsley and three parties involved.
The Barnsley ground is own 50/50 by the Council and Cryne family.
Bit of a tangled web as Cryne is taking the new owners to court.

Weren't they talking about turning one of the car parks into a housing estate?
