I've just bought some reprints of old ordnance survey maps.
Parkgate, Eastwood,Kilnhurst,Swinton ,Rawmarsh and Town centre and Masbrough
Mainly 1901, but one is 1897 and the Masbrough one is 1920, its very similar in layout to that one but Millmoor Football ground is shown on it so the map in the link is almost definitely pre 20's
The racecourse closed in 1901. A little bit on the racecourse below:
ROTHERHAM RACECOURSE

Earliest meeting:*Thursday 29th June 1727
Final meeting:*Tuesday 5th November 1901
The earliest record of racing in the South Yorkshire town of Rotherham was a single day meeting on Thursday 29th June 1727. A more prolonged period of racing began in 1823 when the course was situated opposite what is now Rotherham Cricket Club. The course was in Wellgate, at the apex of Broom Road and Moorgate Road, hosting Flat racing for the final time on Thursday 13th September 1832. A second course in the vicinity of Rotherham opened in 1866 at East Dene with entry roads on Middle Lane, Badsley Moor Lane and Doncaster Road. At the inaugural meeting on Thursday 26th April 1866 there was an immense influx of 15,000 people due in part to cheap train excursions from Sheffield and Derby. The opening United Hunt Stakes went to Doctor, owned by Mr Stubb, while the closing Scurry Stakes was won by Mr Wilkinson’s Slasher. This course continued to operate for 8 years before closing on 25th April 1874. Later the Sheffield and Rotherham course first opened for business in 1889 at Wellgate, behind the Cricket Ground, staging its last meeting on Tuesday 5th November 1901.
Map was a 2nd edition published in 1903.
Here's a map of same area in the 60's, published 1968.
