Regardless whether we are ' little Rovrum' or not there is no case to answer. It's standard procedure to enquire about any match being cancelled and Derby County haven't even made an official complaint.
Sunderland have had problems with Covid in their camp since the 15th December which is why they've had to cancel 4 games so far.
I would imagine testing of players and backroom staff is done as a group and not random testing, if that's the case then results will be back simultaneously. Without wanting to keep repeating myself " there is no case to answer".
