25 called the CORRECT RESULT 20 Points added - astle71, billsbest (X), Baggie Sharon, baggieal (X), WBA1955, Pugmitch, Barrera (X), boingy (X), calvinboy (CH), soulman101 (X), 1060Albion (X), BaggieSingh (X), Titchfieldbaggie, Bombers right foot (PL), Baggiemadguern, TipperaryBaggie (X), df46, Albie blue (X) - the following receive the 10pt bonus phild (PL), nilocrm, Prando, Kettering_baggie (X), Q165, saltnshake (X) and SwedishBaggie (PL)

NOTE - Always a little contentious in the early stages with regards bonus points. Predictors need points on the board going into the latest fixture in order to obtain bonus points.

Epsom gains the 20 pt bonus as another predictor did not have points on the board going into the most recent fixture. Last game out Epsom only received 50pts even though he was the only one who called it. But it all works out in the end!!!
Just out of curiousity, why the 10 p bonus for some (including me) who predicted the correct result?

It is 20pt for predicting the CORRECT RESULT plus a 10pt bonus for that predictor who as fewer points in total going into the latest fixture. There were predictors who had fewer points ie ZERO but must have points on the table to gain bonus points. So naturally the bonus was given to those who had the fewest points on the table ie those that had 20pts on the table - simple really

Of passing interest as I am not in the league, but is that method now using the wider lines system to resolve these close decisions or are you still on last years very narrow line system?

Just asking and can fully understand if you want to keep that sort of highly sensitive information to yourself and your friends at Stockley Park. Keep up the good work.

No algorithms are used but I do use a simple equation if decisions/points are close ie

    e^{i x} = \cos x + i \sin y=35-sin 23(132) =0 hope this helps

Thanks for that Phil. Fully understand it now and glad to see transparency as it just stops any disputes at the end of the season, especially now prestigious trophies are available at both ends of the table.
