Yes. The money will go to the club still if you buy an international pass and use a VPN. They will just believe they have another support abroad. The only thing you would have to do each game (if you buy a season pass) is always connect to the country you're meant to be in. So don't say you live in Germany and connect to France, they may pick that up (I don't know if they would or not but a decent chance they will)

The only time they won't get the money is if people use IPTV and watch the games illegally.
