Gutted when this fixture came out as a Tuesday night as I really enjoy the town.
    However I think it's a 1-1 stalemate
    Wooton to score

Fancy us to turn them over tonight. They're likely to be missing their No. 10 Matt Warburton and much of their good play has come through him. He didn't play against Barnet on Saturday and they failed to score, I'm not going to be too far off the mark suggesting they missed Warburton.

They have the best defensive record in the league at the moment as well but they have definitely been riding their luck a little.

I've discussed this in greater depth in my match preview . . . https://www.nottscountystats.com/pos...halifax-town-a

Anyway, a clean sheet for Notts tonight.

Feel this rut is going to take some getting out of but Notts as underdogs with players like R and R is interesting. We can cause problems for anyone on our day

I also fancy a win, 3-1. Wootton, Roberts and JOB.

Just see a tweet from Halifax, currently no concerns re the pitch.

Notts to win 2-1. I believe our manager is doing a good job for the longer term, and he will have learned valuable lessons from Saturday, not least a better understanding of the team.

It's not started raining yet in Leeds where I am but is raining over in Bradford where my mum is so think it will have started in Halifax by now. Fingers crossed its not as bad as feared.

How many lessons will be required?

    0-2, the comeback begins. Maybe.
