Hopefully I'm joking about a replay
I don't know ELK. Look on the bright side. Considering our poor cup record, I think our recent form may be good enough to earn us a replay

    Do we still have replays?
Looking forward to the Bromley fans coming up. non-league followers give it all in these cup games. Maybe some cardboard, foil covered FA cup replicas. Remember the King's Lynn supporters having rattles.

Love the FA cup, especially the early rounds, playing someone like Bromley is much more interesting than another league club.
This will be a very difficult game, they are a good non league team and will be out to cause an upset, we must play our strongest available team, show no mercy !

Bromley winning at Woking tonight and could be top of the National League if they win their game in hand. I suspect Saturday could indeed be a lubricated condom upon which we slip (as opposed to one which we slip on).

Need to rest some of our lads probably bring them on second half if needed. Clearly showed tonight some were tired from last Saturday.

Give the fringe players a go first half and see how things are panning out, if need be, do the swaps then. This is going to be one tough league to stay in the top 6 or to go for higher things.

A French letter day rather than a red letter day?

no, other way round. give the fringe player a run when we are 4..0 up. Not bring them on when we are 1...0 down on 75 mins.

I think we should put our best possible team out. Winning becomes a habit. Bit fed up over the years in getting beaten in the first round (or third) depending on what league we are in.

To be fair we gave Everton a real good game last time and it kick started our season.

Bromley are a top non league team but we are a top League 1 team, so let’s not mess about and then we can have two weeks off assuming the Shrewsbury game is called off.
