imagine the response if he'd tried this with Hardy? give our lawyers a little licence to be creative and chive on, would be my advice
Dover fan....
Anybody else sick to the back teeth of this constant bickering between the club and the National League??? We just attract ill feeling with every move, whether it’s with the league authorities, different clubs across the land and even our own supporters.
Maybe those who matter should attend Deal Town tonight to see how to attract good will and support?!
For one reason or another, we are probably the most disliked team in non league football.

Yes, I’m not sure what weather forecast our Chairman was looking at. It didn’t quite work out as he expected.

Sounds like Dover acting like total prats again.
That said, why was an official 'no longer available' to conduct the pitch inspection at 11am as previously promised? Just get your a*rse there and do it!
It's been commented above that the referees are 'part-time', but I think that's being generous. It sounds like they're a bunch a bungling amateurs to me. No doubt Dover athletic aren't being very co-operative, but when you add the incompetence of National League officialdom to the mix the situation just becomes farcical.
Have to say that Knill and Hill were never unpopular with me because it was hard to dispute what they were saying. Although "cheats" might be a step too far, it's hard to dispute that in the Munto season we gained an advantage by (inadvertantly) breaking the rules. The rules said that our penalty was a transfer embargo, but if we were Bury or Rochdale supporters I doubt we would think that was adequate.
This Parmenter bloke is different, he reminds me of Boris Johnson in that whenever things go wrong it's everyone's fault but his. First time he blamed the ref, this time he blames the ref and Notts. All we did was ask for clear, timely and accurate communication to respect our fans who planned to travel. All we got back again were conflicting messages. The best response would be to smash them when this fixture eventually takes place, and I suppose the only consolation is that Dover (the club not the fans) will get what they deserve this season.
It sounds like Dover didn't like Jason Turner asking for advanced notice for Notts fans and they've basically tried to muck everyone around. It seems there is a war going on between Dover and the National League, with this stunt, I am looking forward to seeing the National League response
